About Fabe's Charcoal Roasting Co.
Fabe's is a latin restaurant specializing in rotisserie chicken (pollo a la brasa) which is slowly cooked over coal. The birds are marinated and seasoned in a special family recipe. Upon entering the restaurant you will be greeted with a flavorful aroma of spices from the marinade and coal and will be able to see the entire show in our beautiful ovens.
