FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The Fayetteville Next Advisory Commission has announced a collaboration with Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) to host the Next Generation Business Summit. The event is scheduled for May 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Tony Rand Student Center on FTCC’s campus.
The summit aims to assist attendees in developing high-level strategies and addressing critical challenges in their business development or job search journeys. It offers participants the opportunity to interact directly with industry experts, encouraging face-to-face discussions that facilitate better understanding of panelists' perspectives and clarification of attendees' own goals and strategies.
The panel will include Kwame Molden, Co-Founder & President of SPGBK Watches; J'Kwan Fulmore, Owner of Er'Body Eatz and Former Pro-Athlete Chef; Chris Dixon, Designer-Timberland Energy Founder at St. Footwear; Derrick McArthur, Economic Development Manager with the City of Fayetteville; Eric Anderson, Founding Partner of Black Label Access; Jessica Jones, Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Becoming Counseling Services; and Adriel Hortiales-Lynch, Owner & CEO of Opulence Productions.

The Fayetteville Next Advisory Commission was established to attract, retain, and engage Fayetteville residents between the ages of 23 and 39. The Commission is dedicated to improving the quality of life for young adults through targeted event programming and community outreach initiatives. Their goal is to make Fayetteville a “desirable place to live, work and recreate” for this generation.
