City of Fayetteville issued the following announcement on Jan. 10.
Calling for nominations for the 2023 Human Relations Community Awards
Nominate someone or an organization that has made an impact in our community today! Submissions are due Tuesday, January 17.
Youth Award
Humanitarian Award
Lifetime Achievement Award
Individual Award
Industry/Business Award
Educator Award
Military Award
Religious Leader Award
Organization Award
Must be a resident of the City of Fayetteville or Cumberland County.
Award winners will be celebrated at the Annual Community Recognition Awards Luncheon on Thursday, February 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden. Tickets are available for $25 at the Human Relations Department, located at 225 Ray Ave, Suite 100, Fayetteville, N.C. from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets must be purchased by February 8, 2023.
