City of Fayetteville issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
City of Fayetteville offices will be closed on November 24 & 25 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Solid Waste :
- Thursday’s garbage and yard waste will be collected on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
- Thursday’s recycling will be collected Saturday, Nov. 26.
- Friday’s garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as scheduled.
Fayetteville Area System of Transit:
- FAST will not operate on Thursday, Nov. 24.
- FAST will resume normal operating hours Friday, Nov. 25.
