Fayetteville Fire Battalion Chief Robert Bowers awarded Dr. Booker Juma Fire Service Leadership Award during a department award ceremony at Fayetteville State University. This award is given annually to a student in the program who exemplifies leadership, professionalism and service to the community. Congrats Bowers
