County of Hoke issued the following announcement on Mar. 21.
Hoke County Parks and Recreation will host the Second Annual Autism Walk April 23, 2022 from 10am-12noon. This event will be held at 211 Park (3195 Red Springs Rd, Raeford, NC 28376). The walk consist of a 2-3mile walk. The walk is a non-competitive event which is family friendly.
All participants are encouraged to walk, but it's not mandatory. The walk is to enhance the lives of people with Autism today and accelerate a spectrum of solutions for tomorrow. The goal is to come together for people with Autism and their families.
