Town of Hope Mills issued the following announcement on Jan. 1.
The Town will be lowering the lake level on Monday, January 10, 2022 to approximately 101' ASL (above sea level) for a two-week period once that level is reached. This is done annually to enable maintenance actions by the Town and lakefront property owners.
This has been advertised in our holiday closure announcements since December 17th and is posted on our website
