Town of Spring Lake issued the following announcement on Dec. 9.
The Town of Spring Lake Water Operations crew are working on a reported water leak located on Scarborough St. located off of Main St.
For the safety of the crew, they have had to close the street off to through traffic.
Currently they are working on the leak without having to shut off the water supply.
However, should they need to cut the water supply off at any time to aide in the repair,
some residents in this area may experience a short or temporary disruption of water service.
