City of Fayetteville issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.

There will be no downtown parking enforcement on Friday, November 29, 2019. This decision is excellent news for residents and visitors who plan to attend the 20th Annual Dickens Holiday.

An annual event that draws thousands, A Dickens Holiday transforms Fayetteville’s downtown into a Victorian-era experience themed with real horse-drawn carriages, costumed carolers, and a fireworks finale.
