City of Fayetteville issued the following announcement on March 7.
Fayetteville-Cumberland Human Relations Commission (FCHRC) Scholarship
This scholarship is available to any Cumberland County high school, private school, and home school graduating senior for financial assistance towards his/her attendance to a two or four-year college or university of their choice.
