It feels good! Cool Spring Downtown District and the City of Fayetteville, NC Government are pleased to announce the return of Night Circus: A District New Year’s Eve Spectacular for the second year.
This year, we’re back and we plan to keep the 90s dance party going with the award-winning R&B trio, Tony! Toni! Toné!
