City of Fayetteville issued the following announcement on May 31.
Are you thinking about purchasing a home for the first time? Fayetteville residents can take advantage of new resources that ease the process of home buying. Homebuyer classes are on the fourth Saturday of each month at Fayetteville Technical Community College. The next session is Saturday, June 25.
Participants will gain an understanding of the entire home buying process, including budgeting for homeownership, shopping for a home, obtaining a mortgage, closing procedures, and the responsibilities of maintaining the home after purchase. Register to attend.
