Hoke County Schools issued the following announcement on Mar. 3.
The Lumber River Council of Government Council on Aging received an HRSA grant to assist with vaccine outreach and education. The agency decided to utilize funding in the form of gift cards to encourage eligible adults (age 18-59) to receive the vaccine. Another great incentive for those who choose to get vaccinated!
