County of Cumberland issued the following announcement on Dec.. 2.
The Cumberland County Public Library invites everyone to WRAP up some reading fun this winter with the Winter Reading and Activity Program which runs from Dec.15 through Jan.15 at all eight library locations!
Children, teens, and adults are encouraged to participate for their chance to enjoy great books and win prizes!
