CITY OF RAEFORD: Raeford-Hoke Hometown Christmas on Main

Chrsmas

City of Raeford issued the following announcement on Nov. 15.

The Raeford Hoke Chamber of Commerce announces the Sixth annual Hometown Christmas.

It’s November! And it’s hard to believe, but the Chamber is hard at work on Hometown Christmas. You read that right… Hometown Christmas is back for 2021! We can’t wait to see everyone out and enjoying a time of fun and fellowship. There is so much to look forward to this year. Don’t forget about the Kid’s Corner with a movie, coloring, train rides, and writing a letter to Santa. And of course we’ll have the hayrides to and from the Raeford-Hoke Museum. You may even see Santa! We’ll have a few mailboxes for kids to drop off their letters, this way Santa is sure to get them. Don’t forget to visit some of the local businesses as well that evening. We’re here to support everyone.

If you’re interested in setting up a booth, please contact Liz McNeill at the Chamber to find out how. You can call at 910-875-5929 or email Liz at info@rhchamber.com. Booths will be limited to information only. You may offer goodies, hot chocolate, popcorn, and lots of information about your business, but this is not an event for you to sell items – it’s a free event to build and encourage community in our hometown. Also, if you can’t be there but want to support this amazing event, give Liz a call and she’ll tell you all the ways you can still support this event. We are so excited to bring this event back after a year off due to COVID.

So make sure to mark your calendars for Friday, December 3rd as we welcome everyone downtown for Hometown Christmas. We can’t wait to see you!
