Cost of college went up for all students at Paul Mitchell the School-Fayetteville

Tuition and fees rose 14.4 percent for 2018-19 at Paul Mitchell the School-Fayetteville, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

North Carolina students paid $15,900 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $2,000 more than the $13,900 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 94 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 26 students received grants or scholarships totaling $123,390 and 22 students took out student loans totaling more than $238,831.

Including all undergraduates (159), 156 students used grants or scholarships totaling $966,045, and 113 students took out $1.1 million in federal student loans.
