HOKE COUNTY SCHOOLS: Immunization and Health Assessment Deadline September 27

Hoke County Schools issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.

The immunization and health assessment deadline for students is September 27. 

Kindergarten students must have a complete Immunization Record and Health Assessment.

Students in 7th grade must receive Tdap and Meningococcal boosters.

Seniors must receive the second Meningococcal dose.

First-time students to North Carolina Public Schools in any grade are required to have an NC health Assessment and completed Immunization Record within 30 days of enrolment.
