Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.

All FCPR games, practices, programs and activities for Saturday, January 29 have been cancelled due to the anticipated snow fall and elevated risk of travel hazards. All facilities and gated parks will be closed on Saturday, January 29. FCPR will return to normal operations on Monday, January 31.
